    When you shop online with Gardenia Copenhagen you have a 14 day period in which you can return your items. You can return your items by post or in one of our two stores.

When shopping at you have a 14 days return window from the day of delivery.

You can either return your order to our shop located at:

Or otherwise please fill out the cancellation form send with the package and leave a note about how we should handle your return by exchange or money back on your account. We will handle your return when we have received the item. If you want the money back from your return, please note that the amount will be transferred to the same credit card as you paid the order with. It may take a few days before you will be able to see the money on your bank account.
All return fees are paid by the customer.

All products returned must be securely wrapped. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may be that your rights are removed. We recommend that the product is returned via Post Nord or GLS, and the product is sent as a package. In this way, it is possible to track the package in the system, remember to note the tracking id.

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.

As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means that you either get it repaired, replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
This condition of the claim must be justified.
If the product breaks during the warranty period, we repair free of charge on our or the manufacturer’s workshop.
Damage to products caused by error handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user, is not covered by the warranty.


We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
