When shopping at you have a 14 days return window from the day of delivery.
Please send an email to if you would like to return your order.

Please fill out the cancellation form send with the package and
leave a note about how we should handle your return by exchange or money back on your account. We will handle your return when we have received the item. If you want the money back from your return, please note that the amount will be transferred to the same credit card as you paid the order with. It may take a few days, before you will be able to see the money on your bank account.
All return fees are payed by the customer.

All products returned must be securely wrapped. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may be that your rights are removed. We recommend that the product is returned via Post Nord or GLS, and the product is sent as a package. In this way it is possible to track the package in the system, remember to note the tracking id.

As a consumer you have a 2 year warranty, which means that you either get it repaired, replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
This condition of the claim must be justified.
If the product breaks during the warranty period, we repair free of charge on our or the manufacturer’s workshop.
Damage to products caused by error handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user, is not covered by the warranty.
